Mary’s Place is hiring a full-time Food Service Manager to lead kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, inventory, purchasing, vendor and donor relationships, food safety compliance, and food service production for approximately 450–500 shelter guests. The role supervises kitchen staff, coordinates with program and shelter operations teams, and supports trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and guest-centered service. The standard schedule is 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with flexibility for weekends, evenings, holidays, and emergency situations. The annual salary is $88,000–$93,000 DOE, with medical and dental insurance and other benefits.
