Brooks is hiring a Footwear Developer I to support the creation and execution of seasonal inline and special-make-up footwear products. The role manages new uppers, color and material updates, full-sample processes, technical packages, testing, validation, tooling exposure, project timelines, costing, and communication with global teams and factories. It is intended for an early-career footwear professional and requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, at least three years of footwear, apparel, or consumer-goods experience, and willingness to travel internationally. The position is based in Seattle with four days per week in the office and offers a base salary of $80,175 to $120,315 per year.
