Brooks is hiring a Footwear Innovation Developer II to lead technical running footwear innovation projects from brief through technology transfer. The role combines product development, manufacturing and material expertise, project management, vendor and factory collaboration, testing, sustainability, intellectual property, and sample management. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related technical field and at least five years of experience leading high-performance technical running footwear projects, with three or more years of athletic footwear innovation experience desired. The position is based in Seattle, with four days per week in the office, and offers a base salary of $98,286 to $147,428 per year plus benefits.
