Description
The Footwear Product Developer manages footwear commercialization from seasonal handoff through confirmation reviews, coordinating design intent with factory execution. The role handles product samples and PLM records, develops seasonal carryover and new upper SKUs, prepares specifications and sketches, communicates with Product Creation and Asia Product Development teams, supports product confirmation reviews, reviews factory costing breakdown sheets, proposes material or engineering solutions to meet TFOB targets, and conducts market, competitive, and trend research.
