It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 10 years of automotive OEM experience, and 5 years in vehicle engineering or program management, with leadership experience and strong business acumen. The position is hybrid, requires onsite work four or more days per week, and offers a base salary of $141,700 to $268,300.
