Ford Racing is hiring an Engine Performance Development Engineer for its Global Powertrain department to develop and execute engine test plans validating fuel economy, performance, durability, combustion strategy, and system architecture for racing powertrains. The role coordinates cross-functional testing, ensures compliance and data integrity, analyzes results with tools such as MATLAB and AVL Concerto, prepares technical reports, and develops post-processing tools. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and at least three years of powertrain testing and AVL software experience, with five days per week onsite in Allen Park, Michigan. The position offers medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage and a base salary range of $65,100 to $166,200; visa sponsorship is not available.
