Ford Racing is hiring an Interior Design Engineer to lead the design, release, and delivery of interior components and systems for upcoming high-performance vehicle programs. The role manages cross-functional internal and external relationships, Quality-Cost-Weight-Function-and-Timing (QCWFT) program milestones, supplier and studio interfaces, regulatory conformance, prototype and launch-build issue resolution, and design change management. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least five years of body interior design and release experience, CAD or visualization experience, and familiarity with Ford program delivery and interior engineering tools. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite work four or more days per week, and offers salary grades 7 and 8 with stated ranges of $86,600-$144,900 and $99,100-$166,200, respectively.
