The role owns BOM setup and CAD population, supports Chief Program Engineer Decision Forum reviews, manages engineering change control, leads complexity and capacity studies, and coordinates cross-functional program readiness. Candidates need an associate degree in engineering or a related discipline with relevant program-management or technical experience, familiarity with WERS, FEDEBOM, and 3DX/CAD tools, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position is hybrid, requires onsite presence four or more days per week, and offers salary grades 7 and 8 ranging from $86,600 to $166,200.
