Description
The Global Forecasting & Analytics Lead, Workforce Management, AP Health Operations will develop and maintain demand forecasts, analyze historical data, build time-series forecasting models, monitor forecast accuracy, and translate insights into capacity, recruitment, and budget recommendations. The role also involves data quality checks, AI-assisted forecasting agents, documentation, stakeholder reporting, and coaching junior forecasters. It is a hybrid analytics and workforce-planning position requiring data skills and an interest in workforce forecasting, with WFM experience considered but not required.
