Hutchens Law Firm is hiring an Associate Attorney for its foreclosure practice, representing mortgage lenders and servicers in South Carolina state and federal courts. The role involves attending court proceedings, drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery and memoranda of law, meeting with clients and opposing counsel, and reviewing title searches and loan documents. Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school, an active South Carolina law license, 1–3 years of foreclosure experience, and completion of S.C. Rule 403 requirements; title curative, real estate, and litigation experience are preferred.
