RIHousing is hiring a hybrid Foreclosure Bankruptcy Specialist in Providence, Rhode Island, to manage foreclosure and bankruptcy activities for single-family loans. The role monitors delinquent accounts, prepares foreclosure referrals and legal documentation, coordinates with counsel, reviews bankruptcy filings, processes payments and proofs of claim, manages REO and post-foreclosure accounts, and prepares investor and sub-servicing reports. The position requires knowledge of federal and state foreclosure and bankruptcy laws, investor and insurer requirements, and related servicing guidelines; five years of mortgage collections, foreclosure, and bankruptcy experience is preferred, while a Paralegal Certification or associate’s degree is also preferred. The base annual full-time salary is $58,972.00–$76,664.00, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, retirement options, and other benefits.
