Description
The Processor supports attorneys representing mortgage servicers in civil actions to recover collateral by handling referrals, case management, conflict checks, hearings, sales, title results, complaints, motions, correspondence, status inquiries, and lender or homeowner communications. The role requires 0–3 years of mortgage foreclosure or related legal processing experience, MS Office proficiency, accuracy, attention to detail, and deadline management; cross-training across the Input, Packages, Sales, and Status teams is expected.
