ISN is hiring a Foreclosure Specialist to manage USDA Rural Development Single Family Housing Direct Loan foreclosure referrals from intake through resolution. The role assigns cases to law firms, tracks legal milestones and case status, coordinates documents, maintains case notes, prepares monthly reports, and escalates at-risk cases. The position requires strong written communication, general computer skills, deadline management, and a self-starter mindset; prior real estate, title, property management, or foreclosure experience is preferred but not required because training is provided.
