B&S Site Development LLC is hiring a full-time Foreman in Richmond, VA to oversee and coordinate on-site construction operations. The role serves as the primary point of contact between field workers and site management, with responsibilities including supervising crews, overseeing storm/water/sanitary sewer installation, enforcing safety standards, maintaining daily reports, and communicating with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors. The position requires at least 3+ years of underground utility experience, preferred leadership experience, blueprint reading ability, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; OSHA certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
