The construction foreman serves as the on-site point of contact, directs colleagues and subcontractors, handles planning and administration, attends site meetings, and supports project management. The role requires at least five years of foreman experience, a diploma or equivalent experience, a Category B driving license, Dutch language ability, technical aptitude, plan-reading skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
