Description
The Foreman leads and coaches a team, prepares and follows up on work schedules, monitors orders and materials, and works alongside the team on electrode and semi-automatic welding, assembly, metal-sheet bending, and cutting. The role requires at least five years of similar experience, knowledge of welding and metal-structure assembly, strong leadership and communication skills, fluency in Dutch and English, and a Category B driving licence.
