Blach Construction is hiring a full-time Foreman in the Bay Area to plan, coordinate, and supervise self-performed carpentry work and assigned subcontractor activities. The role leads field crews, performs layout and advanced carpentry, interprets construction documents, manages scheduling, materials, tools, site logistics, safety, quality control, inspections, documentation, and subcontractor coordination. Candidates need at least five years of commercial construction field experience, with prior leadership or Foreman experience preferred, and the position offers a base salary of $160,000–$165,000 based on the union pay rate.
