Description
The employer is hiring an Underground Infrastructure Foreman for a client in the Utrecht region to lead crews on cable and pipeline projects involving gas, water, and electricity. The role involves directing technicians and groundworkers, allocating work, monitoring safety, quality, and progress, performing site work, coordinating with project teams, checking materials and equipment, resolving bottlenecks, and maintaining production records. Candidates need MBO-level vocational education in infrastructure technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable field, at least three years of underground infrastructure experience, cable and pipeline experience, foreman or senior-technician experience, a category B driver's license, good communication skills, and excellent Dutch. The gross salary is €3,500–€4,300 per month, with a contract prospecting for permanent employment and benefits including a company van or mobility allowance, vacation days, pension, training, and advancement opportunities.
