Description
The Job Foreman coordinates and leads construction crews performing carpentry, concrete, steel, and millwright work; assigns and monitors employee tasks, inspects work against specifications and schedules, coordinates subcontractors and material inventories, operates and maintains equipment, and supports project planning and client communication. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, four to six years of construction experience or equivalent education and experience, knowledge of construction techniques and safety regulations, and a valid driver’s license meeting company MVR standards.
