Hays Electrical Services is hiring an Electrical Foreman to supervise electricians and apprentices on large-scale commercial and mission-critical construction projects. The role plans daily work, coordinates installations, maintains safety and quality standards, manages productivity and materials, communicates project progress to the Superintendent, and promotes a safe, accountable work culture. Candidates need experience leading crews on commercial or mission-critical electrical projects, knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices, blueprint-reading ability, and strong leadership and communication skills.
