Description
The Foreman leads field operations for large-scale commercial and mission-critical electrical construction projects. The role supervises on-site electrical work, coordinates manpower and daily assignments, collaborates with project managers, enforces safety and regulatory compliance, conducts site meetings, monitors productivity, and ensures installations meet specifications and quality standards. Required qualifications include extensive field leadership experience on large commercial or mission-critical projects, knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices, the ability to manage large field crews, and strong organizational and communication skills.
