Description
The Electric Foreman leads field crews and subcontractors on large commercial and industrial electrical projects, coordinates materials and crew assignments, manages schedules and budgets, enforces safety and quality standards, supports documentation and change orders, and serves as the on-site contact for inspectors, landowners, subcontractors, and customers. The role requires a Journeyman License, at least five years of Foreman or Project Lead experience, industrial electrical construction knowledge, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel regionally.
