Description
The client is hiring a foreman to manage a team of approximately six people in a precast-concrete operation in the Lier region. Responsibilities include coordinating with planning, preparing schedules, monitoring quality and production, managing and evaluating employees, and supporting safety, people, quality, and efficiency. The role requires team-management experience, fluent communication, willingness to work two shifts, and preferably prior experience in a technical environment. Two months of training with master craftsmen are provided, along with attractive pay, fringe benefits, and a permanent contract after a successful interim period.
