The role plans and manages daily construction-site activities, supervises employees, coordinates with construction management, monitors quality, progress, timesheets, material consumption, safety, and the working environment, and actively participates in practical work. Candidates should have experience in bridge work and concrete renovation, be able to lead and motivate employees, and take a practical, solution-oriented approach.
