NU-YAR Construction is hiring a Foreman to lead residential construction projects throughout Southern Maine and from its Gray, Maine office. The role requires 10+ years of construction experience, residential construction management expertise, OSHA30 and RRP certification, blueprint literacy, carpentry skills, and the ability to work independently and lift 100 pounds. Responsibilities include project scheduling, blueprint review, crew assignment, site assessments, material coordination, subcontractor management, client communication, safety enforcement, and directing carpenters, apprentices, and laborers.
