Oxbo is hiring a Foreman in Roosendaal to lead a team of 10 to 20 assembly and installation employees while assembling and testing agricultural machines. The role involves following technical drawings, coordinating mechanical and hydraulic assembly, planning and monitoring production, and supporting performance and absence-related meetings. Candidates need a technical MBO-4 qualification, practical leadership experience, independent assembly skills, and preferably experience in the agricultural or machine-building sector. The position offers a one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment, along with vacation days, tools, work clothing, and laundry service.
