Description
The Foreman leads on-site construction activities for commercial building projects, overseeing excavation, demolition, heavy machinery, crew scheduling, safety compliance, quality, progress, and stakeholder communication. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of construction experience including two years in a supervisory or foreman role, and experience with excavation, commercial building, and demolition projects. Preferred qualifications include construction management education, project estimation and scheduling software, OSHA 30-hour certification, large-scale project management experience, and leadership training.
