Description
Industrial Power Solutions is hiring an experienced Electrical Construction Foreman to lead electrical construction crews on industrial, manufacturing, and water/wastewater projects. The role directs daily field activities, coordinates manpower and materials, interprets electrical drawings and project requirements, monitors productivity and quality, provides training, conducts inspections, and enforces safety standards. Candidates need at least five years of electrical construction experience, two years of foreman or equivalent field leadership experience, knowledge of electrical systems and NEC requirements, and a valid driver's license. The position involves up to 12-hour shifts and physically demanding work in varying outdoor conditions.
