Description
SunVena is hiring a Solar Foreman to lead a residential solar installation crew. The role coordinates daily work, supervises and mentors installers and contractors, manages project budgets and quality standards, enforces safety compliance, maintains records, and reports project progress. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of solar installation experience including at least 2 years in a supervisory role, experience with panel mounting, electrical wiring, and system commissioning, and the ability to travel and work outdoors. The position offers base compensation plus a production bonus per watt.
