Description
The Working Foreman supervises a team of six employees, including welders and spray painters, while actively participating in welding and construction work. The role involves coordinating tasks, monitoring project progress and quality, managing materials and tools, resolving technical issues, training new employees, and reporting to management. It requires a technical background in welding or bodywork construction, at least five years of relevant experience, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, tools, and construction drawings. The schedule is fixed daytime hours Monday through Thursday from 07:00 to 15:45 and Friday from 07:00 to 15:00, with meal vouchers and eco vouchers as benefits.
