Description
The Working Foreman supervises a team of six employees, including welders and spray painters, while actively participating in welding and construction work. The role involves briefing and allocating tasks, monitoring project progress and quality, managing materials and tools, resolving technical problems, training new employees, and coordinating with customers, suppliers, and company management. It is a full-time position with fixed daytime hours Monday through Thursday from 07:00 to 15:45 and Friday from 07:00 to 15:00, with meal vouchers and eco vouchers as benefits.
