ProLift Rigging is hiring a Crew Supervisor to travel with a strategic team and manage small crews on lifting, rigging, and relocation projects nationwide. The role coordinates daily work, assigns tasks, manages equipment, materials, budgets, quality, schedules, safety, documentation, and crew performance, while reporting to supervisors and project managers. Candidates need at least five years of related experience, supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel and work overtime; heavy-lift equipment and plant-operation knowledge are advantageous.
