Vivaldis Construct Geel is hiring an industrial construction foreman to work in Lille. The role leads a team of 2 to 3 employees while actively assisting with assembling metal trusses, installing walls, closing roofs, applying silicone, and installing windows and doors. Candidates need extensive industrial construction installer experience, technical insight, plan-reading ability, communication, responsibility, team leadership, independent transportation to Lille, and a category B driving licence; a category C licence is a plus and Dutch is required. The position offers a 40-hour week, 12 ADV days, salary according to skills, and a possible permanent contract after an interim period.
