Adler and Allan is hiring a permanent, full-time Foreman in Farlington, Portsmouth to lead the day-to-day activities of its South East Commercial team. The role coordinates customer projects, workshop activities, equipment maintenance, staff, resources, documentation, and SHEQ compliance; it also involves training and managing staff, resolving job execution issues, coordinating access and supplies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates need a full clean UK driving licence, experience in marine, industrial cleaning, or a similar operational environment, prior team-leader, supervisor, foreman, or management experience, practical training, confined-space and engineering knowledge, and experience with method statements, RAMS, and COSHH assessments.
