Description
The role supervises bridge crews in heavy highway and bridge construction, including formwork, pile driving, and drilled shafts. Responsibilities include planning and managing production and safety, reviewing construction plans, ensuring work meets project specifications, and maintaining material and time reports. The position requires five to seven years of experience managing bridge carpenters, laborers, and pile drivers, blueprint-reading ability, hands-on bridge construction knowledge, strong supervisory and communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in Florida for approximately ten hours per day, five days per week.
