Description
The role supervises and coordinates field crews on heavy highway construction projects, ensuring crew safety, compliance with PRINCE policies, schedule adherence, production goals, workforce competency, conflict resolution, reporting, material requisitions, and timekeeping. It requires 3–5 years of heavy highway construction experience, knowledge of construction plans and drainage, scheduling and planning skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, a Florida driver’s license, and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in Florida.
