Saulsbury Industries is hiring a full-time Electrical Foreman in Pecos, Texas to coordinate and supervise electrical craft personnel performing construction and maintenance work. The role develops work plans, assigns and directs crews, estimates labor and materials, inspects completed work, maintains records and inventory, and promotes safety and quality control. Candidates must have four years of industrial experience supervising electrical craft employees, extensive trade experience, a State Electrical License, strong blueprint-reading and communication skills, and the ability to work in demanding industrial and outdoor conditions.
