Description
The Welding Shop Manager oversees approximately 20 fitters and welders, assigns work according to order deadlines, checks technological procedures, and verifies final weld quality. The role requires secondary education in mechanical engineering, experience managing custom or one-off mechanical production, technical-documentation reading, welding-process knowledge, and computer skills. It is a full-time, single-shift position with 40 hours per week, including five weeks of vacation and a meal allowance.
