NCC Asfalt is hiring an experienced Foreman to lead and coordinate a micro crew performing smaller asphalt jobs around the Region of Southern Denmark. The role involves planning and executing asphalt work, maintaining quality and productivity, ensuring safety, liaising with customers and partners, and collaborating with colleagues and management. Candidates should have asphalt industry experience, preferably as a foreman or site supervisor, be able to independently manage a small team, hold a valid driver’s license, and be flexible with working hours.
