Description
The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor supervises and organizes daily maintenance staff, coordinates with production, plans and monitors maintenance schedules, checks task completion and intervention quality, ensures safety and compliance, and arranges installation modifications. The role is hybrid, with 70% manual work and 30% office tasks, and requires an A2 diploma or equivalent, industrial maintenance and electromechanical experience, relevant certifications, CMMS and inventory-management skills, and the ability to manage 1–2 workers. Gross salary is €3,000–€4,500 per month, with meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, shift compensation, day work, and statutory leave.
