Description
The Industrial Electrical Maintenance Lead coordinates and guides a team in corrective and preventive maintenance of technical installations, diagnoses and coordinates repairs, supports installation and commissioning, manages work permits and lockout procedures, and monitors planning, safety, and quality. The role requires a secondary school diploma in electricity or electromechanics, at least two years of leadership experience in industrial electrical systems, a VCA certificate, a BA4 or BA5 certificate, strong technical knowledge, initiative, independence, Dutch fluency, English proficiency, and comfort working at heights.
