Fritzsche is hiring a Foreman / Junior Site Manager in special deep foundation engineering to act as a site coordinator. The role supports site management across project phases, prepares quantity take-offs, reviews subcontractor billing and daily reports, conducts site inspections and measurements, attends site meetings, and monitors quality and costs. The position is mainly based in the Ruhr area, Neuss, Düsseldorf, Cologne, or Bonn, and requires vocational training or relevant experience, surveying-system experience, strong organization and communication skills, and a Class B driver’s license.
