Description
The Foreman role manages a crew of journeymen and apprentices while performing and coordinating maintenance, repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, and mechanical project support for data center electro-mechanical systems. Responsibilities include HVAC and hydronic systems, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, plumbing, forklifts, gas valves, and spill and leak detection systems. The position requires at least five years of trade experience, an unlimited mechanical or contractor's license, and formal vocational training.
