Description
The Press Machine Operator/Supervisor runs a press machine supported by 3–8 employees, supervises and manages a small team of press operators, interprets work orders, performs quality inspections, maintains equipment and work areas, and completes related manufacturing duties. The role requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent, experience running a press machine, and experience in the metal extrusion industry. The schedule is second shift, Monday through Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts as listed. The stated pay is $27.77 per hour, with company-paid health and dental benefits, paid vacation, a 401(k) plan with company match, and tuition reimbursement.
