Description
The Structures Foreman – Heavy Civil Construction supervises field crews performing bridge, retaining wall, concrete, and structural construction work. The role plans and coordinates structural concrete activities, interprets plans and specifications, manages labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, conducts safety meetings, monitors quality and inspections, maintains daily reports, and trains crew members. The position requires at least five years of heavy civil structural construction experience as a structures foreman, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors, on uneven terrain, and around heavy equipment.
