Description
Luck Stone is hiring a Plant Operations Trainee to learn and support quarry plant operations, including supervising production teams, overseeing extraction, crushing, conveying, inventory, quality control, blasting programs, safety and regulatory compliance, and community representation. The role is onsite and requires frequent outdoor work in dusty conditions, including work around quarry high walls, elevated positions, and tunnels. A bachelor's degree is preferred, while 1–2 years of relevant experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, heavy-equipment operation, and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds are required.
