Description
The Terminal Shift Supervisor organizes and supervises shift teams, monitors safe and efficient loading and unloading, operates licensed transshipment equipment, checks goods against documentation, coordinates trucks and rail wagons, maintains shift records, and cooperates with drivers, forwarders, and other terminal employees. The role requires experience in loading/unloading, warehousing, or terminal-site work, team-leading competencies, strong organization under pressure, and teamwork; terminal equipment licenses are preferred. The position is based in Szczecin, West Pomerania, Poland, and offers an employment contract, monthly bonus, company-paid training, and a gym benefit.
