Pathways Vermont is hiring one full-time, in-person Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Program Manager in Burlington, Vermont. The role leads the day-to-day operations, quality, staffing, budget, compliance, partnerships, and program outcomes of a Chittenden County FACT team serving 40–60 individuals under Vermont Department of Corrections supervision. The manager supervises FACT team members, provides direct participant support, coordinates community referrals, maintains documentation and program data, and supports grant and funding activities. The position requires regular attendance, a valid driver’s license, a reliable personal vehicle, and current automobile insurance; human-services supervisory experience is preferred. Compensation is $28–$30 per hour.
