The Medical Examiner performs medicolegal death investigations, autopsies, forensic evidence handling, toxicology preparation, imaging, identification, and morgue custody. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a health science, nursing, medical technology, anthropology, biology, or related field or equivalent education and experience, knowledge of forensic and medical procedures, and the ability to handle heavy bodies and stressful situations. The position pays $27.79–$29.79 per hour, DOE, and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance plus retirement and paid leave benefits.
