Description
The Foreperson directly supervises assigned industrial production lines in a blown-film manufacturing environment. The role oversees equipment start-up, shutdown, process control, quality checks, production standards, safety, housekeeping, resin handling, and operator training, while troubleshooting extrusion, bag machines, winders, printing presses, and related equipment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of previous blown-film-manufacturing experience, a valid Amcor forklift license, English communication skills, functional math ability, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a noisy, hot, and cold manufacturing environment.
